General Terms and Conditions
The descriptions and measurements of each piece are made as accurately as possible, but as every item is handmade, they may vary a little. We reserve the right to exchange a bead for another.
delivery
We can deliver items worldwide. If the item of jewellery is in stock it will be despatched within 2-3 working days on receipt of payment. If the item is currently out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
postage
Postage is free if you spend £50 or more and this will be sent First Class.
Standard delivery cost will be £2.50 First Class for UK mainland.
Special Delivery (Royal Mail) which insures and tracks your order will be £5.95.
Europe will be £4.50.
USA and Canada will be £6.50.
Orders to other destinations may be subject to additional costs, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
payment and security
We accept most credit/debit cards though Paypal's secure servers. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by card. Simply select Paypal as your payment method at checkout, then follow the link for non-account holders once you reach the Paypal payment page.
Your details are absolutely secure and under no circumstances will they be divulged to any other organisation or party. We will keep your name and address on our file to send you information about any new products (unless you ask us not to).
returns
You may return any item (excluding earrings or earring findings due to hygiene issues) within 14 days for a refund. When returning an item please contact us first. Returning items is at your own cost. Please ensure you return your order with all original packaging and in the same condition as received otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund. Once we have received your returned order within the 14 day time frame we will issue you with a refund excluding all postal/shipping charges.
Bespoke items cannot be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO HYGIENE ISSUES/REGULATIONS.
packaging
You will receive your items in an organza bag, wrapped in white tissue paper and sent in a padded envelope.
